Registration for the 2009 Spring / Summer Season is now open.
HOW TO REGISTER:
NEW TEAMS ... If you have a Brand NEW team you'd like to register, please contact the League Commissioner, Michael Deems, for pre-authorization into the O. C. Jewish Softball League at: mdeems@pacbell.net
RETURNING TEAMS ... Please complete the Returning Team Confirmation form and submit by the registration deadline ...  to download & print form.
The Season is scheduled to begin on March 1, 2009 (actual date TBD)
PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. By participating in the Orange County Jewish Softball League, I agree to the following: I am Jewish (or married to a Jewish person) and I am at least eighteen (18) years of age (or in conformance with League Rule 2.c). If I am a parent of a player who is playing pursuant to League Rule 2.c, I agree to the terms of this risk provision on behalf of my minor child and I assume any and all risks and make any and all waivers on my child's behalf. I understand and acknowledge the risks involved and agree that I am solely responsible and liable for all costs associated with or arising out of any and all injuries that I may incur or sustain while playing in or practicing for any games. I waive any and all claims for injuries that I may incur or sustain against the Orange County Jewish Softball League, its officers, the organization under which name I am playing (the team) or its officers, or any other player in the League or organization under which name another player is playing (the team) or its officers. I represent that I have medical insurance or am financially able to pay for medical bills arising out of any injury that I may sustain in connection with playing softball in the Orange County Jewish Softball League. |
